A restaurant-quality, creamy avocado sauce that transforms tacos, salads, and grilled proteins with bright lime flavor and silky smooth texture.

Ingredients  

  • 1 — Ripe Avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 — Limes, juiced (about 3-4 tablespoons)
  • c. — Greek Yogurt (Whole Milk), Cabot or similar
  • ¼ tsp. — Sea Salt
  • 1 — Garlic Clove, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. — Water or Milk, optional, to thin

Instructions 

Add Ingredients & Blend

  • Add avocado (1), lime juice (3 to 4 tbsp.), Greek yogurt (⅓ c.), sea salt (¼ tsp.), garlic (1 clove), and water (2 tbsp.) to a food processor. Pulse until well combined, then process continuously for 20-30 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.

Adjust for Taste & Texture

  • Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, garlic, and lime juice as needed. If the desired consistency is thinner, add water or milk, 1 tablespoon at a time until the desired texture is reached.

Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Avocado Selection
Choose avocados that yield to gentle pressure but aren't overly soft
Fresh is Best
Fresh lime juice provides the best flavor and helps prevent browning
Storage Time
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days

Press plastic wrap directly on the surface before storing to prevent oxidation
